01About this page

This page explains what FINAL AI Inc. (“we”) collects on our websites (corp.final-ai.com and final-ai.com) and how we use it.

Visit records: The date and time of a page view, the page, the referring page, country, region and city, browser type and language, screen size, time on page and scroll position, and the kind of button pressed. We record these ourselves, without cookies or any storage on your device. IP addresses are recorded in truncated form; the full address is not stored.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC (not for visitors from the EU, the UK, Switzerland and some other countries and regions). It uses cookies (such as _ga, for up to two years) to count visits and to provide statistics on visitors’ age range, gender and interests (Google signals). This information is sent to Google and handled under Google’s privacy policy. We do not combine it with names or email addresses.How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services
Email: The email address and message you send when you join the waitlist or contact us.

Visit records and Google Analytics: To improve our websites and to measure the effect of our announcements. We do not use them to identify individuals.
Waitlist email: Only to let you know when FINAL AI becomes available.
Inquiries: To reply to you.

Visit records: 25 months. Our websites are served by Vercel Inc., and the records are stored with Google LLC’s cloud service (in Japan).
Google Analytics: 14 months (two months for age, gender and interest statistics).
Email: Until the purpose is fulfilled. We receive email through a service of Google LLC.
Disclosure: Apart from the providers above, we do not provide this information to third parties except as required by law.

Browser settings: If you turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, our websites do not load Google Analytics and do not record screen size or scroll position; only the page view and its region are counted.
Google settings: You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and in Google My Ad Center.
Some countries and regions: We do not use Google Analytics for visitors from the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Turkey, Canada, South Korea and China. For visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland, only the page view and its region are counted.
Waitlist: To be removed from the waitlist, email us at the address below.
